What is Participatory Self-Review and Planning (PSRP)?
Question What is Participatory Self-Review and Planning (PSRP)?
Through PSRP, group members make their own action plans on a regular basic using the 12 Cornerstones. These action plans contain three types of activities:
1) activities group members can do themselves;
2) activities group members can do with Heifer support;
3) activities group members can do with outside support.

Through this quarterly self evaluation, group members become aware of how powerful they are as a group and as individuals. PSRP is a tool that can be used at any level – the group, project partner, Country Program, and organization level. It is a tool that has each participant make action plans using the Cornerstones that provides direction and motivation to each individual.
